• You will get various options on how to pay - eg: direct bank transfer or for a fee you can opt to pay with Credit Card

• Final payment will be due December 1st, 2020

CANCELLATION POLICY - TRIP CANCELLATION:

​

• By clicking and payment below you understand and agree to the following:

  • A refund of 75% is allowed up until Dec 1st, 2021

  • A refund of 60% is allowed up until Jan 1st, 2022

  • Your entry is non-refundable after Jan 1st, 2022 

  • We HIGHLY recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance through your travel insurance provider if its not covered under your credit card policy that you use to pay for your registration. This will enable you to make a claim with them to get your entry fee reimbursed if you have to cancel for any of the reasons that they cover

  • By paying for your registration for Trans NZ you understand that Trans NZ has the right to cancel any stages or days due to circumstances out of their control (eg weather and trail conditions) for the safety of all riders and volunteers involved
