  4. You have 24hrs to make the transfer to secure your spot

RACERS ONLINE SPREADSHEET:

  1. Once you register your name will go on the following online live spreadsheet within 24hrs of you registering, where you can confirm we have your registration and your payment 

  2. We use this form to also collect information from you along the way leading into the event

There will be 3 ways you can receive updates in regards to the event:

​

  1. Via email: you will all be emailed out updates - these often end up in your junk folder though

  2. Download the app called 'sportity'. Open the app and put in the password tnz10

    1. All updates will go on here and if you have notifications turned on for the app, it will ping you when a new update has been added (approx once per month)​

  3. Or you can go to the racers updates page on the website found on the menu tabs at the top

    1. It is password protected - password is tnz10​

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE

​

Please research and buy a trip cancellation insurance policy NOW - don't wait. They are all specific to your country. Just google, trip cancellation and/or travel insurance.  Or if you live in NZ, then google 'trip cancellation nz domestic', as there are still option for locals - see below if you need your hand held.  

​

Try this one for NZ residence: 1 COVER (put in NZ as the country you are visiting and the dates - its shows as around $98 for $200 excess. This covers up to $5,000 of trip expenses paid If you had to cancel due to injury, sickness etc - you would be able to get your $3,500 entry fee refunded by them and can claim your flights too

​

Try this for Aussies: 1 COVER (same price as above but includes medical insurance too)

 

DON'T RISK NOT GETTING A POLICY - 20% OF YOU WILL GET INJURED OR SICK BETWEEN NOW AND EVENT DATES! and at this price you would be stupid not to protect yourselves. Please don't ask for a refund or transfer after refund dates, as it was your decision to not get coverage if you don't.

REVIEW CANCELLATION POLICY BELOW:

 

  • 75% refund of full reg price - up to October 1, 2025

    • Equates to 50% refund of deposit payments  

  • 50% refund of full reg price - from Oct 1 to Dec 1, 2025

    • Equates to no refund on deposit paid 

  • 25% refund from Dec 1 to Jan 1, 2026

  • NO REFUNDS after Jan 1, 2026
