REGISTRATION:

  • This is the first time ever to have a NZ resident only event. Kiwi's normally only make up 20% of the riders list each year, so let's see if we can get enough Kiwi's to keep the event alive for 2021 during Covid!  🤘

  • As a special Edition for a NZ Only rider event for 2021 we are adding an E-BIKE category as well as a Team's Category to make 2021 Unique!

  • 2021 will be Capped at 100 to allow the event to go ahead if NZ goes into a Covid Level 2 at time of event (see lower down for Covid Refund policies and refund details if Covid affects the event).

We have an unbelievable line up of service and organized riding for you over the 6 day event from Feb 27 to Mar 6 - So what's included??

- Free airport pickups from Christchurch the day prior to the event start date Feb 27, 2021

- Free transfer back to Christchurch from Queenstown after the event completion Mar 6  (but you are going to want to stay in Queenstown!)

- 7 nights accommodation (the night before the event starts, through to the day after it has finished) Feb xx-xx

- This is either dorm style bunk bed accommodation or twin share accommodation based on what package you are accepted into and choose

ALL INCLUSIVE - PAMPER PRIVATE TWIN SHARE PACKAGE (75 SPOTS AVAILABLE)  

 

2021 Price: NZ$2,300 + 15% GST (equals approx US$1,475 or C$1,960 or A$2,195 or €1,315 + GST)

  • Includes everything listed above but with upgraded accommodation to Private/twin share (2 people to share a private room with 2 beds, or one bed for couples). If you want twin share but are not coming with any friends then we just pair you up someone to share a room with

DIRTBAG PACKAGE - SELF SUPPORTED (This option will not be available immediately - we may add it a few weeks after the above all inclusive package have been open and see how those numbers do)  

 

2021 Price: NZ$1,050 + 15% GST

  • EVERYTHING LISTED ABOVE EXCEPT IT EXCLUDES ACCOMMODATION, MEALS (breakfast/dinner), AND TRANSPORT 

  • You show up at the start line each day at the allocated location

  • It will include the final dinner on day 6 and all lunches and Beer at the finish line each day!!

  • Note some days may start and finish in different locations so will need a driver or organize vehicle retrievals with others in this Package

 

 

CANCELLATION AND COVID POLICY:

  1. 75% Refundable if you choose to cancel your registration by Dec 1, 2020

  2. 60% Refundable if you choose to cancel your registration by Jan 1, 2021

  3. Non Refundable after Jan 1, 2021  

  4. Highly recommended you purchase trip cancellation with a travel insurance company for injury or sickness (here is a link to a domestic travel insurance company for NZ https://www.1cover.co.nz/domestic-travel-insurance/ )

  5. Only residence of NZ can apply, if you apply and pay for it as someone not living in NZ and can't get in to the country then your entry is non refundable

  6. If COVID NZ Government policies cause the event to not be legally able to happen for Feb 28th - Mar 5th, 2021, then you will have 2 options at that point:

    1. Your entry will automatically get transferred to the new backup dates for Dec 12-17, 2021

    2. Or you can request for a refund minus a $100 admin fee
